Tor' Gwathren's purpose is to provide a gathering for like-minded individuals of clever wit and skill.
Whether you are a treasure hunter, a master of the use of daggers, a cunning mischief maker, a risk taker, a loner, a somewhat eccentric fool, or whatever you define yourself as, Tor Gwathren is your place to hide, plan, rest and yes, even play.
Article 1. Rules of Conduct:
All who gather here must adhere to the general laws of the land (lotro code of conduct~ harassment, negligent, hateful, degrading, and or any form of breach of this policy will result in disciplinary measures and or explusion from the kinship .
Article 2. Requirements for entry:
Only those, who may hide in shadow and fling a blade or riddle behind a foe ((burglars)) are permitted to gather among our ranks.
Article 3. Participation:
This is a Light to Medium Role Play Kinship. In dealing with other members, It is encouraged to stay in character. This also applies during kinship chat. The use of brackets can assist as ((such)) to make talking about other matters, personal inquiries, advice, trade, events and all other general out of character dialogue easier to follow. **Heavy role play is not required however, and burglars, who wish to not engage in such matters are encouraged to join in on non-heavy role play activities if they so choose (i.e, group fighting, general kinship, raiding, pvmp, questing, the use of our other channel--Torgwathren, and our allies channel Nimalda, etc.)
Article 4. Challenges:
The challenge system is available to all members, and or out of kin members that have a burglar class. We support the use and development of burglars, accessing the challenge system vi mailing to an officer can make this possible. Challenges can provide rewards, ranking, crafting support, and other means to achive status in the kinship as-well.
